ACHIEVEMENTS AND AWARDS:

1)2024 Cambridge Dedicated Teacher Awards Finalist-Europe top 10 (Cambridge University)

4) 2024 Teacher of the Year award by the jury of Artı Education Magazine

5) In 2016, I applied to the European Council for the Gifted and Talented (ECHA), an organisation of the Council of Europe based in Strasbourg, France, to receive accreditation for the project I carried out. The application was accepted and my school was entitled to become a European Talent Point. We were the first school in Turkey to be included in this accreditation.

6)During the pandemic period, my student's project ‘Saving Classroom with Piezo Ceramics’ was ranked 1st in the world in the competition to find solutions to the problems of ‘clean energy and climate change’ organised by the Consulate General of the Netherlands with the participation of 1200 children from 32 countries.

7) I worked for 3 years in the field of Mathematics in the preparation of the TUBITAK-supported ‘Teaching Programme for Special Talents’, which was implemented for the first time in Turkey and in the world. I took part in the team of this curriculum, which was the first of its kind in the world.

8) We developed projects for the benefit of society together with my students with the slogan ‘From special talent to special needs’. We developed an autonomous system (TADOSİS for short) to assist the evacuation of peers with special needs in natural disasters. The system became the champion in the ‘For the benefit of humanity’ category in the International Sivas Robot Competition. Mustafa AYDIN, the chairman of the board of Trustees of Private Istanbul Aydın University, who listened to this presentation at the competition, presented a scholarship to my student to receive full scholarship education in the department he wants when he reaches university age.

14)On behalf of my own professional development; I wrote 6 activity books in the field of giftedness. I participated in 28 different workshops. I wrote mathematics questions for international mathematics competitions. Within the scope of adult education, I trained 2000 people in 36 different courses for school administrators and teachers. I organised seminars for 1800 parents in 22 different sessions for families with gifted children.

15)I am still voluntarily doing field work as a trainer of AÇEV (Mother Child Education Foundation). Voluntarily, I organise Family Workshops for mothers after school every month; I also organise ‘Caring Fatherhood’ seminars for the fathers of my students in the evenings.
